Afternoon Tea Terms and Conditions

Payment Policy
To secure your afternoon tea reservation, full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments can be made online, over the phone, or in person.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice will be fully refunded. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. In the event of no-shows, payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

Rescheduling
Rescheduling your booking is subject to availability and must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance.

Dietary Requirements
Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies at least 24 hours notice prior to your booking to ensure we can accommodate your needs.

Booking Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed once full payment is received. A confirmation email or message will be sent to you. Changes by The Norfolk Mead reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.
