Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In: From 3:00 PM on your arrival day.
Check-Out: By 10:30 AM on your departure day. If you’d like to request a late check-out, please contact a member of our team. We’ll do our best to accommodate your requests, however please note additional fees may apply.

Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM | Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 AM – 11:00 PM

Breakfast and dinner can also be served in your room for a tray charge of £5.
Bar Service: The bar closes at 11:00 PM but guests are welcome to purchase drinks and enjoy them in the lounge area after this time. Alcoholic drinks are not allowed to be brought onto the property as we have a fully licensed bar in the hotel and venue. For special occasions (and with prior permission) it maybe possible to bring a special bottle whereby the following charges would apply:
Champagne: £20.00 per bottle | Wine: £15.00 per bottle | Spirits: £15.00 per bottle
Payment and Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to 12:00 PM on the day of arrival will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will result in the full booking amount being retained. Guests who do not arrive as scheduled (no-shows) will also have the full booking amount retained. In the unlikely event we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund any payments made but cannot accept liability for circumstances beyond our control.
