Treatment and Treat Special Offer Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the Treatment and Treat Special Offer at The Norfolk Mead Spa. By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions.  

Offer Details

This promotion offers any 30-minute treatment along with a choice of a Hot Tapas Lunch (£25 allocation per person) or Afternoon Tea. The offer is valid from now until 1st December 2024. The promotion applies to bookings made Monday to Thursday only, from 12:00 onwards. This offer only applies to new bookings only, made from Wednesday 2nd October. 

Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. A 100% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. 

Cancellations and Refunds

Please give 48 hours notice for any cancellation or a 50% charge will be incurred. If less than 24 hours notice is given, this will result in a 100% charge for your booking. Please give 7 days notice for any group bookings with 4 people or more or for a treatment booking of 120 minutes or longer or a 100% charge will be incurred. Our cancellation policy also applies to amending treatments or packages to a shorter treatment time than originally booked.

Health and Safety

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements before your treatment.Please review our Spa Etiquette Guide ahead of your arrival. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it is unsafe to proceed.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Our privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and store your data. 

Liability

The Norfolk Mead shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services, except where caused by our negligence.

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
