November Taster Event
Imagine a crisp autumn evening: the air is cool, a glass of fine wine is in your hands, live music drifts through the room and a carefully crafted menu awaits.
On Friday 21st November, we’re hosting our Taster Menu evening – and you’re invited.
Here’s what to expect:
- From 6:00pm – Arrive to a seasonal welcome drink and enjoy live music from the brilliant Dale Bullimore in our reception area.
- From 7:00pm – Sit down to a special tasting menu created by our chefs to celebrate the flavours of autumn – rich, comforting, and a little indulgent.
- Perfectly paired wines – Each course will be complemented by a carefully chosen wine flight, designed to bring every dish to life. (Full details coming soon.)
- Encore at 9:00pm – Dale returns for more live music to round off the evening, with a relaxed atmosphere and perhaps even a little dancing.

Starter – Katsu Smoked Pheasant, Pickled Apple, Mushroom Steam Bun, Puffed Rice
Main Course – Roasted Cod, Cauliflower, Mussels, Potato Foam, Champagne & Sea Herb Sauce
Pre-Dessert – Passion Fruit, Lime & Ginger
Dessert – Spiced Pumpkin & Maple Custard, Candied Pecans, Malted Milk Sorbet
Finale – Baron Bigod, Carrot Cake, Pumpkin Seeds
