What are the Spa's operating hours?
The Norfolk Mead Spa is open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.
How do I book a spa day or treatment?

What facilities are available at The Norfolk Mead Spa?
At The Norfolk Mead Spa, you can enjoy a range of facilities, including our herbal steam room, experience shower, foot spa, hydro-therapy pool, outdoor hot tub, aromatic sauna, coffee lounge, conservatory restaurant, relaxation room and changing rooms with vanity areas.
How early should I arrive for my spa appointment?
Please arrive no more than 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows for a smooth check-in process while ensuring you have ample time to relax before your treatment begins.
Where should I check in upon arrival?
Please enter through the main spa front door and check in at the reception desk upon arrival. Our team will be ready to assist you.
What if I can't fill in the online forms for my appointment?
If you encounter difficulties completing your forms online, please contact us for assistance. Please email relax@norfolkmead.co.uk or call our team on 01603 737 531.
Can I still receive treatments if I've recently had surgery or an accident?
We may not be able to treat you if you have undergone surgery or had an accident within the last 12 weeks. Please inform us of any recent medical events and our team will be able to advise.
Can I receive treatments during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Yes, many of our spa treatments can be adapted for your comfort during pregnancy or breastfeeding, including the use of non-essential oil options. Treatments are safe from 12 weeks of pregnancy through to the end. We offer specialised pregnancy treatments and can modify our spa packages to ensure your comfort. Our staff is specially trained in pregnancy massage techniques and follows best practices. Additionally, The Natural Spa Factory products used are safely tested for pregnancy.
Do you offer treatments for individuals affected by cancer?
Yes, we offer specialised Oncology Treatments designed to support individuals affected by cancer. In some cases, a doctor’s note may be required. Please contact us to discuss your needs and any specific concerns you may have.
Is spa access included for hotel guests?
Yes. If you are staying with us, your hotel reservation includes a 2-hour slot to enjoy our spa. To secure this time, please contact us in advance as space cannot be guaranteed.
What products do you use in your treatments?
We use products from The Natural Spa Factory, our trusted partner. They are cruelty-free. We appreciate their modern approach, unique packaging and distinctive ethos, which complement the vision of Anna and James for The Norfolk Mead. Their signature Fig & Vanilla scent has become a defining feature of our spa experience.
How do you tailor your massages?
You can choose the pressure level that suits you best and select an essential oil that aligns with your desired post-treatment experience. This ensures that each massage is tailored to meet your individual needs and preferences. We customise our massages based on your preferences.
What does a facial include?
We offer one of the best facials in Norfolk, according to our clients! We give 100% of our time within the appointment, offering a hand or scalp massage whilst they are relaxing with their product application.
Do you offer spa treatments for men?
Yes, all of our treatments and Natural Spa Factory products are gender-neutral.
