Is spa access included with the Prosecco or Beer Spa?
Spa access is not included when booking a beer spa, prosecco spa, or mud chamber on its own. However, if you are staying at the hotel, you’ll receive 2 hours of spa access during your stay. We also offer packages that include spa access alongside your treatment and dining options.
What products do you use?
Our beer spa contains natural ingredients found in beer, including malt and hops, which are known for their skin benefits.
Our prosecco spa includes similar nourishing elements, with the addition of gold-infused ingredients to enhance the experience.
What are the benefits?
The ingredients used in our spas are chosen for their skin-loving properties. Malt and hops can help to soften and nourish the skin, while warm water and relaxation help to improve circulation, ease tension, and leave you feeling refreshed.
How does the experience work?
When you arrive, our team will guide you through the experience, explaining the ingredients and how everything works, including the bath jets.
You’ll then be left to relax in your private space, with beer on tap or a bottle of prosecco to enjoy at your leisure. At the end of your session, we’ll gently knock to let you know your time is up.
Am I really sitting in beer?
Not quite! You’ll be in a traditional wooden hot tub filled with warm, fresh water. We add beer extracts such as malt and hops, which dissolve into the water and provide the benefits—without you sitting in actual beer.
How many people can you cater for?
We can accommodate individuals, couples, and small groups. Each tub fits up to two people.
Can two people fit in one tub?
Yes, each tub is designed for two people to enjoy together.
What should I wear?
We recommend wearing dark swimwear, as some of the natural ingredients may lightly mark lighter fabrics.
Can we have one beer spa and one prosecco spa at the same time?
Yes, you can enjoy both experiences at the same time. However, they must be in separate tubs due to the different ingredients used.
Is the beer gluten-free?
Yes, the beer used in our spa is gluten-free.
I don’t drink alcohol - can I still enjoy the experience?
Absolutely. We offer alcohol-free beer and prosecco, as well as mocktails and soft drinks, which can be enjoyed instead of alcoholic options.
